Every piece is crated and shipped by our logistics partners, by air or sea, to most countries. Delivery is quoted for each order, and transit insurance is always included.

To the entrance of the building. Placement in your room can be arranged for an extra fee.
Insurance
Included in every delivery quote.
Transit
Usually 1 to 3 weeks by air, or 4 to 8 weeks by sea, once your piece is ready.
Duties & taxes
Paid by the recipient on arrival.
Storage
Free for up to 30 days.
Transit times depend on the destination and are estimates, not guarantees.

Check the crate
Look over the crate before you sign for it.
Note any damage
Write any damage on the carrier’s delivery paper.
Send us photos
If you find a problem, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our FAQ.
