Flora Lounge Chair is less a piece of furniture and more a habitable sculpture, a monolithic form that demands engagement. Its definitive feature is a striking, angular carapace of highly figured Macassar ebony, where the wood’s dramatic, striated grain is allowed to flow uninterrupted across the chair’s geometric planes. This relentless continuity of pattern transforms the wood from a mere surface into a structural rhythm.

Nestled within this rigid, architectural hull is a deep, enveloping seat upholstered in rich, textured bouclé. The tactile softness of the fabric provides a deliberate and inviting counterpoint to the polished severity of the exterior, creating a sanctuary of repose. Conceived as a collectible, the Flora is a modern totem designed to anchor a room, a piece where form and materiality converge to create an enduring legacy.

Care
Dust the wood with a soft, dry cloth and keep it out of strong direct sunlight and away from heat. Brush or vacuum the upholstery gently and blot spills straight away. Please ask us before using any cleaning product. More care advice is in our FAQ.
